The course will enable students to gain an understanding of the underlying


theories, frameworks and models of conflict. Students will also be exposed to basic
interpersonal communication and management skills such as rapport building,
SYNOPSIS : emphatic listening, behaviour modelling, reframing, problem solving and decision
making. Eventually, students will develop improved conflict management skills
which are useful to their current personal life and also their future in
organizations.
