Work will be done at covered area rate of Rs 950/- per sqft (only

structure work with material).

Structure work includes PCC, RCC (foundations, plinth beams, columns &
slabs), brickwork & plastering.

Material and scope for Civil structure Work

I. Structure: All RCC Work shall be in the mix of M:20 & M:25 or as
specified by structure engineer.
II. Cement: A CLASS ULTRATECH to be used.
III. Steel: SAIL to be used.
IV. Bricks: 1st quality to be used.
V. Sand: Best quality fine sand & stone dust to be used.
VI. Aggregate: First quality stone aggregates to be used.
VII. Steel shuttering/plate shuttering shall be used for shuttering works.
VIII. Measurement: Covered area measurement including balconies
(L*B- outer to outer). Open area i.e boundary wall work, will be
charged half the covered area rate or on item based rates
depending on the working drawings.
IX. Chaukhat/Railing: Both will be fixed if provided during brickwork
otherwise rates will be charged extra.

Extra Items(not in scope)

I. Excavation, Dressing, backfilling of soil & Anti-termite Treatment.


II. Marble & Tiles flooring.
III. Electrical work & Fittings.
IV. Water Tank.
V. Boundary wall.
VI. Terracing/Waterproofing.
VII. Door and windows.
VIII. Sanitary Fittings.
IX. Glass & POP Work.
X. Painting And Polishing Work.
XI. Gates and Grills.

OTHERS

I. Any dues to HUDA for water, water connections, electricity,


electric connections, sewer connections, space for labour hut & bill
payments will be paid by owner.
II. Security of site material & machinary i.e security guard and curing
(during construction) will be in owner scope. In case of any losses
owner will be liable to pay.
III. All consumable items other than our scope shall be provided by
the owner itself.
IV. The work other than above specified or our scope will be charged
extra as mutually agreed.

A proper care and attention to the quality in the material and item will be
taken so that nothing of inferior quality or sub-standard material is used.

We sincerely hope that whatever material will be used and incorporated by


use shall be practical utility. We hope that this project will be successful
and also require full cooperation so that a good working atmosphere is
created and happy relation is maintained.

Rework in case after completion will be done separately at extra rates.

Schedule of Payments:

10% advance of total estimate as mobilization amount.

70% of Slab (particular area) after RCC of that area.

Remaining 30% - 15% after completion of brickwork.

- Another 15% after completion of plaster work.
