1.1 Pre Fabrication and welding shall be completed prior to system testing.

1.2 Welding cleanup, nondestructive examination, stress-relieving and other heat

treatments shall be completed soon before pressure testing is performed.
1.3 Insulation and paint shall not be applied over welded, screwed and mechanical joints
before pressure testing.
1.4 Testing shall be performed by a very qualified personnel of executor who are
thoroughly familiar with all equipment and test procedures.
1.5 Pressure testing shall be performed in presence of the Company inspector.
1.6 Pressure testing should be performed when the weather condition is suitable for
inspection.
1.7 CONTRACTOR shall release all piping systems for hydro testing after she has satisfied
Herself that the system is complete and ready for testing. Piping shall be divided into
test systems by using blinds, caps or plugs suitably.
