Purpose of this Assignment:
This assignment intends to identify the understanding level of a learner regarding the fundamental aims
of business organizations.

Scenario:
You have been appointed as a Management Internee in NICON Group of Colleges. You have been
assigned to assess the core functions (business oriented) of the organization and to evaluate the aims
of the organization and how they relate to the stake holders

Task 1 (LO 1.1 – 1.2)(M1)

 Assess & develop the business functions i.e Marketing, Sales, Accounting, Administrations, MIS,
operations.
 Asses the business aims.
