Profit contribution per unit in their product is very low and any increase in strikes.

B. THE FACT OF THE CASE

(b) Sales People – people who motivates employees
(c )Gururaja Rao – Executive Director
(d Employees – the people who achieve quotas or working in a sales territory.

C. ANALYSIS
Help them to increase their market share and also make it possible for them to become number
one player from number 3 position that they are currently at.

D. ALTERNATIVES COURSES OF ACTION (3)


(a) More incentives to employees.

(b) Must give something like gift giving to employees when they achieve their quotas.

(c ) Prioritize all employees.

E. RECOMMENDATION

More incentives to employees with that it can motivate them to worked hard it the company ,it will
motivate them to achieve there quotas . Giving incentives it makes at big impact to the company having
employees it makes also a big benefit .

F.CONCLUSION

Must focus in the employees ,more employees more profit don’t get tired to motivate your employees,
be courteous to employees , don’t get tired by giving them incentives
