Finalists Guidelines
A. General Rules
1. Finalists (participants/delegates) should register by confirming to the LO in charge,
transferring payment, and filling in online registration form
The details are provided in Delegates Proposal and Registration Guideline file.
2. Participants should arrive on time.
3. Every participant should bring a presentin a maximum cost of IDR 50,000 (about $4),
especially a special stuff from hometown. Include a letter at least consists of name,
institution, contact, and messages.
4. Participants from each university should bring special traditional food from hometown
and collect it to the registration spot when check in.
5. Participants have to wear neat, polite clothes and shoes. It is forbidden to wear jeans /
mountain pants / miniskirt.
Men are allowed to wear a long- or short-sleeved shirt, cloth pants and
almamater/institution suit. While women are allowed to wear a long- or short-sleeved
shirt, long skirt or skirt of at least 15cm below the knee, or cloth pants, and almamater
suit.
6. Participants must wear almamater suit indoor and might take it off when being outdoor.
7. Participants must wear the ID card / nametag.
8. Participants who need to go for a while due to other personal business must inform the
issue to the LO in

charge, so they are able to report it to the committee.


9. If participants need something, they may contact the LO in charge.
10. Participants must fill in the attendance lists.
11. Maintain and use the facilities that were provided with care.
12. Personal belongings of the participants were being their own responsibilities.
13. Participate in maintaining the cleanliness, both inside and outside the room.
14. Participants have to follow Medical Fiesta’s series of events from the beginning until the
end.
15. Any incident or their loss of belonging is not the responsibility of the committees.

B. Participants’ Personal Requirements


Every participant should bring the following things.
1. Letter of Assignment (Surat Tugas) from the original Students Executive Board/Senat
(BEM) or Vice Dean of Student Affairs. The letter should be collected collectively in check
in registration spot.
2. One copy of Student ID (Kartu Tanda Mahasiswa).
3. A gift with maximum cost of IDR 50,000 (about USD 4), especially a special stuff from
hometown. Include a letter at least consists of name, institution, contact number/id,
and messages.
4. Almamater/Institution official attire/suit (jas almamater).
5. Batik or nationality official clothes.
6. Formal attire:
a. Neat and polite clothes
b. Long- or short-sleeved
c. Cloth pants
d. Long skirt of skirt of at least 15 cm below the knee (for women)
e. A pair of one-colored socks
f. A pair of formal shoes (not a sneakers nor stiletto)
i. The shoes should cover at least a half of the back of the foot.
Semiformal attire:
a. Neat and polite clothes (jeans are allowed)
b. Long or short sleeved shirt
c. Skirt or dress at least 15 cm below the knee (for women)
d. A pair of socks (not a must)
e. A pair of informal shoes (still polite and no sandals)
7. Lab coat
8. Vintage dress/suits, informal
9. Personal medicine/drugs
10. Personal needs for prayers
11. Other personal needs, e.g. for shower, jacket, extra shoes and clothes, etc.
12. Make sure to mark every belonging and luggage.
13. The loss of the participant belongings is not the responsibility of the committee.
