Repsol Exploración México S.A. de C.V, an entity organized and existing under the Laws of Mexico with a

company registered address in Edificio Antara II Av. Ejército Nacional No. 843-B, Piso 6 Col. Granada, Del.

Miguel Hidalgo Ciudad de México, C.P. 11520 (hereinafter referred to as "Company"), is requesting your

company (“Bidder”) to participate in our bidding process for the Provision of Marine Gas Oil & Services, to

support the Company Offshore Exploration Drilling activities in the Gulf of Mexico (the “Bid”).

In accordance with the requirements detailed in this Call for Bid (CFB) document attached herein as below:

This Letter and CFB should be treated as strictly confidential (as further provided in Attachment D hereto)
and shall only be disclosed to the authorized persons who are directly involved in the preparation of this
Bidding process.

Bid closing date is 02/09/2019 at 23:00 hours Local Time Madrid (UTC +1).

You are kindly requested to submit the proposal and all the required documentation through our online bid
submissions system, SRM: 8100330105 (We’ll proceed to send you this CFB Package via SRM system
in the coming days)

Pursuant with the Mexican Commerce Code, the online bids submission system shall comply with the
following requirements established in the Mexican Official Standard (NOM- 151-SCFI-2016):

1. Certify by a Certification Services Provider;

2. Quality Management Plan that describes the maintenance of the associated procedures and
devices
3. Obtain from the Certification Services Provider a digital print that identifies the electronic system,
among others;

All the information provided by the bidders will be treated in accordance with the Federal Law of Protection
of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals regarding its personal information. Please find enclosed in
Attachment D of this CFB the Confidentiality Agreement.
