I, Pauline Joyce S, Bajada, a bona fide fifth year Architecture student from College of
Architecture and Fine Arts, would like to conduct a research at your good office for the
completion of our requirements in Architectural Design 9: Thesis Writing.
In lieu of gathering data about my thesis topic entitled: Kombatan Sports Complex:
Integrating Filipino Architecture in Native Sports and Traditional Weaponries Through
Kinesthetic Design. I respectfully request that may I kindly be allowed to acquire data and
information which would be an integral part of my research undertaking, specifically:
• Statistical data about the number of registered athletes and respected coaches; in your
organization.
• List of events hosted both local and international;
• Architectural plans and list of their existing facilities;
• List of the different styles, forms of martial arts used inside the organization.
• List or Syllabus of martial arts for teaching.
• List of equipment’s and weapons used/ practiced in this sport.
• Possible Site for this kind of Facility in the Philippines.
• Scheduled Interview
• Other related data about Traditional Sports in the Philippines.
