MANAGER
1. Q: So you are the manager of ABC Furniture?
A: Yes. I am the Sales Manager of ABC Furniture.

2. Q: How long have you been working as the sales manager of ABC Furniture?
A: I have been their manager for ___ years.

3. Q: As a you have said earlier, some of your responsibilities as the sales

Manager of ABC Furniture include viewing the contents of the sales contract,
inspecting your inventory items, and resolving customer complaints ? Is that
correct?
A: Yes.

4. Q: Does it include supervision in the preparation of the furniture due for

delivery?
A: Yes, I am the one tasked to inspect the items to be delivered to make sure
that they are in perfect condition before delivery.

5. Q: As you have said earlier the furniture is inspected by the manager and
the delivery man if it is in perfect condition before delivery, is that correct?
A: Yes sir.

6. Q: Can you tell us the specific steps that you take in inspecting the furniture
before delivery?
A: As to the procedure, two persons, me and the delivery man must inspect
the furniture simultaneously to make sure that the item or items to be delivered are
in perfect condition.

7. Q: After the inspection, what is the next thing that you do?
A: I will then sign the inventory sheet signifying that the items are in perfect
condition, and that they are ready for delivery.
 8. Q: Who exactly is this delivery man that must accompany you in the
inspection?
A: The driver of the delivery truck.

9. Q: So, based on what you have said, is it required that you and the driver of
the delivery truck simultaneously inspect the furniture before delivery? Kailangan
ba na sabay niyong iinspect bawat isang kasangkapan?
A: Yes.

10. Q: On the day that you delivered the dining set bought by Ms. Laura, were
you able to follow that procedure?
A: Well, on that day, dalawa kaming naginspect ng aming driver, pero dahil
kulang na kami sa oras at sa dami ng kailangang ideliver, inutos ko sa kanya na
maghati na lang kami, ako magiinspect sa kalahati ng mga items, siya naman dun sa
natira.

11. Q: Akala ko ba kailangan na sabay kayong maginspect ng bawat item?

A: Totoo po, pero minsan pag kulang talaga sa oras, naghahati na lang kami
para hindi kami madelay sa delivery.

A: Hindi po, Yung driver namin ang naginspect.

conditon, even though you were unable to inspect all of them personally,

2. Q: Bukod sa pagdridrive ng delivery truck, may iba ka pa bang trabaho pag

may idedeliver kayo na mga kasangkapan?
A: Opo, kasama ako ng manager namin na nagiinspeksyon ng mga idedeliver
para tignan na wala silang sira o depekto.

3. Q: Sinabi ng Sales Manager niyo na kapag may idedeliver kayong mga gamit,
dalawang tao dapat ang sabay na magiinspeksyon ng mga ito, tama ba?
A: Tama po.

4. Q: Nung araw na dineliver niyo yung dining set ni Ms. Laura nasunod niyo ba
ang pamamaraan na yon?
A: HIndi po, dahil kulang na po kami sa oras, naghati na lang po kami ni
Manager; siya po ang naginspeksyon sa kalahati, ako na po sa natira.

5. Q: Nung araw na dineliver niyo yung dining set ni Ms. Laura, marami pa
bang ibang kasangkapan ang dineliver niyo?

7. Q: Nainspeksyon mo ba ng maayos yung dining table?

A: Tinignan ko po kung maayos siya, mukhang maayos naman.

8. Q: Anong ibig mong sabihin na tiningnan mo at mukhang maayos naman?

A: Tinignan ko lang po, pero dahil nga marami kaming kailangang ideliver at
kulang sa oras, hindi ko na pong maiging naispeksyon isa isa yung mga kasangkapan.

9. Q: Bale hindi mo nainspeksyon yung dining table sa lubos ng ikasasagad

mo?
A: Hindi na po, nagmamadali po kami nung araw na yun.

10. Q: Pagkatapos niyong mainspeksyon yung mga kagamitan, ano inyong

sunod na ginawa?
A: Sunod po nun ay inilagay na po sa kahon na may styrofoam ng naka plastic
wrapper yung mga gamit para masigurado na hindi po ito magkakasira habang
idinidiliver.

11. Q: Nakaplastic wrapper pa yung mga gamit?

A: Opo.
