Bulletins prior to undertaking this effort. The "Contextual Analysis" shall be prepared utilizing the Contextual
Federal Acquisition Analysis template.

Integrated Design Narrative

The Integrated Design Narrative shall be prepared utilizing the Integrated Design Narrative template.

Contextual Analysis (Completion) - (When Required)

Using the same character analysis process utilized for existing character, complete the Contextual
Analysis template by filling in "Description of Proposed" to document the proposed character of all new
site(s) and building(s) concepts. The completed Contextual Analysis Template will be used by the NPS to
assess contextual compatibility of all forthcoming design concepts.

NPS Project Sustainability Checklist

Complete the Predesign column of the NPS Project Sustainability Checklist template.
NPS Project Sustainability Checklist (based on LEED™ version 2.2)
NPS Project Sustainability Checklist (based on LEED™ version 2009)

Class C Construction Cost Estimate

The Class C Construction Cost Estimate shall be prepared utilizing the Class C Construction Cost
Estimate template.

Scope and Cost Validation Report Documentation

Document all scope and cost variations relative to the PMIS Project Statement and the PMIS Class C
Construction Cost Estimate utilizing the Scope and Cost Validation Report template.
