- Every day is a new day!
Add Value to your acts: We do many works in a day either productive or unproductive, ei-
ther useful or harmful...but I ask you to do the constructive works, rake the real actions and
remember to add the value to every action of yours. Your actions should be valuable be-
cause you are valuable, are not you?
Possess Positive mindset: Every day is a new day! Just leave the negativity on any day be-
fore going to bed and start the new day as fresh as you can. Being positive gives you tre-
mendous energy. You can deal with the difficulties & focus on the job even in odd situations.
Progress your Prosperity: By progressing our prosperity we can lead a happy life. Be pros-
per in every area of your life. We can only help others when we are in prosperous progress
mentally & materially.
Yield Good results: All of us need & want the good results of our actions. By adding value
to the constructive actions & by possessing the positive mindset we can yield better re-
sults.
Never Give up & lose Hope: Sometimes in our life we face the situations which are not un-
derstandable and may not be pleasant and the situation seems everything become the
worse at that point of time many of us tend to give up the work and take another action. But
remember, we don’t know for what it happened and the turnings of it and also we don’t that
how far we are to achieve. So please never give up and lose hope. Faith in yourself and your
real actions and in the God helps us to overcome the situation.
Enjoy your every Act: We do acts either needy or we want to do. Generally, we enjoy our
acts if they belong to entertainment. But what I ask you, is enjoying each and every act of
yours by making them favorable for you or by making small changes.
Work for the World: If you work for yourself it becomes selfishness. If you work for the
benefit of the world, it can transform into selflessness. I don’t mean become a sage and
leave everything but what I mean is, do work with values and humanity. Do the constructive
work which is useful for the society. Do a few contributions outside of your field.
Determine your dream path: Many of us do many works, but without direction and without
focus. If anyone asks the questions like what is your goal and where are you in your path?
We can't answer them. So be clear & determine your path. Have a focused goal and deter-
mine the dream path with a written goal and plan.
Activate your Inner self: We have infinite power in us. We are born inherent knowledge, tal-
ent and skills. Once we start activating our inner self we can start do miracles. We do acts
which are useful for others and the society consequently in the world. By activating inner
self, we do the works which are very interesting and heart touching for us, so we enjoy
them.
Yearn to full fill your Goals: We should deserve to reach a goal and we have to do whatever
we need to do to achieve it. To full fill your dreams, dream of it as if you already achieved it.
Prepare a plan to reach the goal. Every day review the whole plan and make a new plan for
the day!

Good morning .......My dear Readers. It’s a great pleasure of mine to connect with all of you
through my articles.
As you all aware that Habits brings the Success through the previous article. Now we are going
to know about the habit - which will bring peace in our life, create a friendly atmosphere, gives a
healthy relation in every sphere, makes you healthy and brings happiness in life.
Habit is that part which has the tremendous power to raise the life from hell to heaven, failure
to success, unhealthy to healthy life.
Everyone prefers a peaceful life with health and wealth with in the family as well as in society.
But how many of us are really attempting to get these? Even though if we are doing why it is not work-
ing properly? Why we are not getting peace of mind after having all the required things? Why our past
effects our present situation? Why always people plays with our emotions only? Why we are frequent
unhealthy after taking proper diet and medicines? Why most of us are suffering to various reasons?
Behind of all this questions there is only one answer!!!!!
That is our Habit. One single Habit of forgiveness may bring tremendous change in anyone’s
life. It is easy to listen from someone but very hard to practice.
Forgiveness is best medicine to cure many of our problems in our daily life.
Now we will know how forgiveness will become the habit & how it will helps every individual to
overcome from their problems?
Forgiveness is an act of releasing one’s from their past mistake or behaviour, words says by
them, things they done to us or our family. Deleting those memories which caused for sorrow in our
mind in any aspect by somebody else.
By keeping the same memory in our mind we don’t only spoils our present situation but also ru-
in our future. Because the incident already happened in the past, By keeping an anger or negative emo-
tions on particular person leads to damage of thinking capacity of our mind. Due to the negative emo-
tions the chemical reactions which took place in the mind, won’t give the body for relaxation, and fruit-
ful thoughts for healthy atmosphere. Thus we cannot concentrate on the present situation. Finally all
this negative thoughts leads to unhappiness, unhealthy, break up relations and failure in every aspects.

It is found that 95% of all suffering due to over thinking. Thus the over thinking
causes many health issues like spondolysis, Heart problems, Asthma, depressions, Anxiety
etc. Not only the health issues by thinking over on somebody’s fault or behaviour we not on-
ly spoils the health but also forgets to enjoy so many precious moments of our life. Which
can’t be afford at any cost again.
Forgiveness is a beautiful gift for every individual, which can present by us for our self
by forgetting others mistake towards to us and our dearest. As the time moves wounds start to
heal. But it depends on oneself to make it heal or worse with the time.
Because if we won’t forgive someone for their past behaviour we use to relive the
same moment again and again. As we releases the person we gives the chance to oneself to
think for further things, and then novelty enters in our beautiful life in which every second is lot of
joy with abundant happiness to see and enjoy.
When oneself starts forgiving whose done their mistakes, gets the free from the heavy
bond of revenge which was create in between them. Mind and body gets the relaxation. Mind
strives for the betterment, looks around the atmosphere and enjoys its beauty, concentrate on pre-
sent situation, which brings beautiful future, creates fraternity with the environment.
Do not let your emotions, become key for your happiness in life. The Universe has
abundant power of happiness to give everyone of us, so now let’s start your thoughts without any
pinch of negativeness.
