Notification for SPOT Admission into B.E. / B.Tech Courses for the Academic Year 2019-20
under “B” – Category (Management Merit)

There are seats available in the following branches detailed below after completion of admissions as per 1 st
and 2nd selected lists. Candidates who have applied for admission in B.E / B.Tech courses under
B-Category (Management Merit) in response to the notification dated 07.07.2019, are requested to attend
the Spot admission on 27.07.2019(Saturday) [To report between 09:00 AM to 11:00 AM]

1. Date of Spot admissions 27.07.2019 (Saturday)
2. Reporting time 09:00 AM on 27.07.2019. Candidates who do not report before
11.00 AM on 27.07.2019 will not be considered for Spot
Admissions under any circumstances.
Those candidates who have already taken admission in the 1st
and 2nd selected lists but who wish to participate in Spot
admission are requested to bring original receipts of payment of
fees and original certificates.
Candidates who are admitted in this spot admission will not be
permitted for cancellation.

Candidates are instructed to bring Demand Draft/ Pay Order/Cash of Fees payable and following Original
Certificates as detailed below:
Original certificates of:

1 SSC or equivalent 2. 10 + 2 or equivalent

3. Transfer Certificate 4. Bonafide / Study Certificate (from VI to XII)
5. JEE Mains-2019 Hall Ticket & Rank Card 6. Migration Certificate (if applicable)
7. TS Eamcet-2019 Hall Ticket & Rank Card
8. Two sets of Xerox copies of all certificates.

Fees:- Demand Draft/Pay Order/Cash amounting to Rs.1,42,500/- (Annual Tuition fee of

Rs.1,34,000/- + Rs.8,500/ Miscellaneous fee) drawn in favour of “CBIT FEE
COLLECTION AND OTHER RECEIPTS”, Hyderabad in any Bank.

Note: The above fee is subject to any further Orders of TAFRC/Government of Telangana /Hon’ble High
Court of Telangana as per notice below:

Notice: All the students who are joining into CBIT for BE/B.Tech, ME/M.Tech, MBA & MCA courses in the
block period 2019 to 2022 are hereby informed and put on notice that CBIT intends to challenge per
law before the TAFRC and/or Courts of Law the fixation of annual tuition fee by the State Government
vide GO.Ms No.16 dated 5.07.2019, and that such students have to pay the revised fee as per the
outcome of this challenge.
