“Narrative/Accomplishment Report
for the Advocacy Campaign on Early Registration Day”

The Sta. Teresita Elementary School Teachers & Staffs conducted an advocacy
campaign on Early Registration Day which was scheduled last January 25, 2014. The
advocacy campaign was successful because many parents responded our call.

The registration started at 8:00 am and ended at 4:30 pm. As an accomplishment,

the total registration for kinder is 25; for Grade I, the total registrants is 41. We have no
registrants for balik-aral and also the Out of School Youth for the reason that they are
helping their parents to earn a living. Some went to Manila and work there as house helper
to send money to their family for their food. Although they are interested in going to school
they could not, for the reason that they could not learn if their stomach is empty. The
reality is so painful because they don’t have permanent source of income that’s why they
could not go to school.

“Narrative/Accomplishment Reports
for the Child/Youth Find Activities”
January 25, 2014

In compliance with Regional Memorandum No. 11, s. 2014, January 25, 2014 was
the scheduled date for the Child/Youth Find Activities. The teachers and staff of STES
participated the said activity with the help of the barangay officials to find those out of
school youth to support the EFA program of the government.

The teachers were assigned to receive the enrolees in school while the barangay
officials will look into the Purok where they are assigned to search those out of school
children for enrolment. In searching those out of school youth, their findings is that this
youth went to Manila to earn a living to help their parents support their family for their
daily consumption & this was confirmed by the teacher thru interviewing the parents who
visited the school for registration.

So we have no registrants for out of school children.
