Nightmare

1.-

2.- I just remembered a few things after I woke up. It started with two puppies a brown
one and a white one. I found them in a street and rescued them, and took them to
school. Suddenly they were no longer puppies, they were guinea pigs. The brown one
was named Reggae and the white one Ton-ton. I took them in a box and then I made
them a house made of other boxes. There was an activity at school, were the student
council was in charge and the kids from 10EGB were asking prizes to my friend
Esteban Moya. Then it was getting dark and Marcela Puerta was shouting that we
should go to the buses because they were leaving. At the same time a voice in a
microphone said how much time we had. While all of this was happening, Reggae was
trying to escape the boxes and once it fell in a hall and got hurt. Then I asked my friend
Angela to help me with the boxes because I only had five minutes until the buses
started leaving. I took the box with both guinea pigs and while I was walking to the
buses, Reggae jumped out of the box and got hit with something in the head and died.
Ton-ton was really scared and also tried to escape, so I hold him and at the same time I
tried holding him, I woke up.
It was really weird the dream in general, so when I woke up, I felt confused and a little
bit horrified because I remembered the dissection of the guinea pig of last week.
I have never dreamt with something similar before.

3.- Sadly, it wasn´t a lucid dream, but I did try having one. I woke up 6 hours after my
sleep, because supposedly it´s the moment of REM while sleeping and then I slept
again but it didn´t work.

4.- I think my dream was mostly to remember and collect information of what I have
been doing recently. On Saturday it was the Integration Day and on Friday I had an
activity of the student council, that may be why the background of my dream was the
school. Also, last Wednesday I dissected a guinea pig in Anatomy class, and I felt so
bad watching one of the guinea pigs die I almost cried. Maybe because I felt really bad
doing it and it was a kind of traumatic experience, I dreamt with both guinea pigs. I also
think that the reason why at the beginning they were to puppies I rescued is because of
two reasons. One, last week I went to an animal shelter to help them with supplies and
two, my biggest dream is to save dogs that are abandoned in the streets.

5.- Dog dreams often have to do with the basic instinct towards friendship, loyalty, and
protection. Sometimes the dog will represent you, the dreamer, while other times they
will stand in for people in your life. Getting a dog in your dream can mean that you are
lonely and need to find more friends.
If you have a dream about dead animals it usually depends on what kind of animal the
dead creature is, but to get a good idea of what it might mean anyway there are a few
general guidelines that you can follow. If you have a dream about a dead animal and
the type of animal is an animal with claws and massive teeth then this symbolizes the
death of your fears which is a good thing. If you see a wolf or a rabid dog and it is dead
it means that there is nothing for you to be afraid of anymore. This type of dream usually
has to do with something that is directly connected to something that is going on in your
daily life. Is there a particular thing you are dealing with which is bothering you or
keeping you up at night? Is there something that you’re afraid of that is physically
impeding you? Either that or you might be afraid of something else which is more
figurative.
To dream that you are in school signifies feelings of inadequacy and childhood
insecurities that have never been resolved. It may relate to anxieties about your
performance and abilities. If you are still in school and dream about school, then the
dream may just be a reflection of your daily life and has no special significance.
Alternatively, a dream that takes place in school may be a metaphor for the lessons that
you are learning from your waking life. You may be going through a "spiritual learning"
experience.
To dream that you are looking for a school suggests that you need to expand your
knowledge and learning. To dream that you are at a new school means that you are
feeling out of place in some situation. Or perhaps there is a new lesson that you need to
learn.
I´m not really sure that the dream interpretations are accurate. I´m pretty sure my
interpretation is the one that is correct.
