A. General

B. Schedule
1. Check and repair JIB crane at SGD (May 23). Result was good.
2. Elevator service at SGP (May 21~23). Result was good.
3. Main and auxiliary patrol at SGP A/G and U/G (May 24). Result lamp indication
DS and GCB some of them are off and meter DT No.3 was blurrary.
4. Arrangement working location at TNP (May 24 and 27). Have not been completed
because still waiting repair fan radiator truck crane by PAS section.
5. Check and repair NFB at panel MEW storage (May 25). Result was good.
6. Install and connect motor cylinder for bucket raking at TND (May 26). Result was
good.
7. Check limit switch raking equipment at TND (May 27). Result was good and have
been replaced magnetic contactor for operating open-close bucket raking.
8. Inspection of M2 and B2 for GRZ-100 TK-2L at TNP (May 27). Result was good.
9. Connect new AVR pack for diesel at SGD (May 28). Result was good.
10. Main and auxiliary patrol at TNP P/H and S/Y (May 28). Result indication lamp
for DS and GCB some of them are off, lamp at turbine pit No.1 many are off,
found there is oil between gap upper bearing cover and UBB No.1 and No.4.
11. Install exhaust fan at septic tank room TNP (May 28). Have not been completed
because bolt is not suitable.
12. Inspection of M1 and B1 for GRZ-100 KT-2L at SES-ISP (May 29). Result was
good.
13. Inspection of M1 and B1 for GRZ-100 TK-2L at TNP (May 29). Result was good
but when testing for B1 alarm SB1 and GB1 appear eventhough alarm connection
has been disconnected while testing for M1 normal.
14. Replace TL to LED lamp at PAS storage (May 29). Result was good.
15. Cleaning auxiliary control panel at diesel room SGP (May 29). Result was good.
16. Cleaning battery bank No.1 and No.2 at TNP (May 29). Result was good.
17. Joint inspection of diversion gate at RGD still on progress.

C. Present Problem

D. Previous Problem
1. Speed sensor for W T/Ge No. 4 SGP has not been replaced yet due to
unavailability of new spare parts.
2. Deteriorated auxiliary relays in SGP and TNP for W T/Ge auto control have not
been replaced due to unavailability of new spare parts. This unavailability may be
caused by obsolete technology or discontinued manufacturing. However,
procurement will be processed immediately.
3. Radio repeater at Simangkuk was not operate due to no power source. We have
replaced fuse for primary side of 50kVA DT (Dec 26 th, 2018). However, ground
fault still occurred, as detected by relay at Siguragura. Then, we measured
insulation resistance at primary and secondary side (each is 35MΩ and 1MΩ),
cable, and electric circuit inside Simangkuk Repeater Station (Dec 27th, 2018).
But, the fault occurred again. With closer look, we found trace of spark on phase T
of secondary side of DT. DT was broken and should be replaced. Replacement
will be scheduled once spare becomes available. Alternative solution to use supply
from PLN is being considered and coordinated by PTE.

E. Next Idea
1. Excecution of request for repair.
2. Check wiring alarm indication B1 for GRZ-100 TK-2L.
3. Check carbon brush for Unit No.1 and No.2 at SGP.
4. Cleaning all GCB panel at SGP s/y.
5. Install exhaust fan at septic tank room TNP.
6. Arrangement working location at TNP.
