Solution1:
Managers should be very effective and efficient to solve the problems. They should be taken
the best decision on the basis of the scientific research. Research solves the problem in
hierarchy form. It solved the problem in step by step then mo ves forward. It gives the
solution that it is also used in future for same or similar problems. The main points of the
scientific research are follows:

 Purposiveness:-
The research has the clear purpose that we can understand easily. It has specific aim.
It helps in less turn over, if there are employee’s commitments. It is also most
effective and helps in employees performance in the company

 Rigor:-
They 1stly take the sample randomly from employees and customer of specific
numbers and test them carefully. It has the degree of exactitude in the research. It is
better to carry the research in the following manners.

 Testability:-
After taking the samples randomly the researcher can able to enhance the managers
and employees commitments. It can be tested in many ways. Especially it has to
applying the statistical data to test very effectively. It is also used to study the
previous research.
 Replicability:-
It is reliability to assure the conclusion. Means that if we make any decision then we
again re check it and try to assure it, that will it work in all conditions? It should be
tested by applying the research in similar conditions to verify the results.

 Precision and confidence:-


After assuring the research, reaschercher should have the confident on himself as well
as on his research too. Because in running time it is one of the most important aspects
is confidence. Confidence plays about 73% roles in the human personality. It is also
impotent that our confidence is some on solid purpose. Researcher should have the
confidence on research and ready for apply.

 Objectivity:-
The research should be based on the solid facts. There should be a reason behind it. It
should recommend the final conculsion drawn through the interpretation of the
analysis. It must have some sense.

 Generalizability:-
It is the scope of research applicability one company setting to another one. It is not
necessary that all organization have the same environment but many have the same
one too. So where the environment is same then it is suitable for that otherwise
researcher study it’s environment and create conclusion according to its need.

 Parsimony:-
It is explaining the problem that occurs in simplicity. It generates solution of
problems. It always prefers the difficult task and complex work which are unmanageable.
