This department has received a Summon for settlement of issues wherein office of
Senior Civil Judge Rohini Court has summoned the defendant to file the written statement and
to appear in the Court on next date of hearing on tomorrow i.e.21st July,2012.

You are therefore requested to appoint a govt council on behalf of the department to
defend the case on or before next date of hearing on tomorrow i.e.21st July, 2012. In case
appointing of govt council in delayed due to one or other reason a standing council may be
instructed to do the needful.

Sub: Conducting of Exam of Bed Side Assistant module in IVth quarter under TECOS

Sir,

Kindly refer to your letter No.126 dated 10.7.2012 on the subject cited above. In this
connection, I am directed to inform that following are the norms /Guidelines of TECOS with
regard to examination of the trainees in question:

“The NGO should not have been declared fail in achieving minimum success
rate of passing percentage of trainees i.e. 25% in continuously two quarters. The
training module would be treated weeded out with effect from declaration of result of
last quarter (of the above said two quarters).

The training module would be treated weeded out with effect from last date of
previous quarter in case of failure to achieve bench mark success rate for continuously
two quarters. Even if, there happens to be delay in declaration of result of last quarter
and the respective NGO runs the programme it would do so at its own risk and
responsibility and no grant shall be paid for the said module and thereafter.”

Further, “C” forms & completion certificates from Supervising Institute etc. are the
documents which are necessary for placing the request of NGO before the Competent
Authority for consideration.

You are therefore requested to complete/furnish all documents such as ‘C’ forms and
Completion Certificates duly verified by Supervising Institute etc. to Exam Branch, DTTE,
Delhi for consideration with regard to getting the trainees in question examined.

This issues with the prior approval of the Competent Authority.
