 INTRODUCCIÓN
Los procesos industriales han sido la base de la evolución de la humanidad, ya que
desde hace varios años se ha aprendido a modificar el aspecto de gran parte de los
materiales que se encuentran en nuestro ecosistema a través de técnicas de
transformación de materias primas para llevarlos a productos útiles enfocados en cubrir
una necesidad. Con el paso del tiempo se ha evolucionado en el tema de maquinaria
como es el caso de las impresoras las cuales hoy en día no solamente tienen la
capacidad de imprimir tinta sobre un papel sino que con el transcurrir del tiempo el día
de hoy se pueden realizar impresiones 3D,las cuales consisten en fabricar piezas a
partir de herramientas CAD, escáner, entre otros para la creación de piezas
volumétricas de diferentes dimensiones las cuales en su mayoría son aptas para
producción, realizar pruebas funcionales y evaluar la viabilidad de un proyecto.

En la ejecución de este proyecto se hará un análisis inicial de conceptos básicos

necesarios para realizar el proceso de impresión de una válvula de tres vías partiendo
del diseño, material, y diferentes máquinas de impresión que intervienen en el proceso.

ABSTRACT
The industrial processes have been the basis of the evolution of humanity, for several
years it has learned to modify the appearance of the large part of the materials found in
our ecosystem through the techniques of changing raw materials to take them out to
useful products, focused on meeting a need. With the passage of time has evolved on
the subject of machinery as in the case of printers today in the day not only in the ability
to print the ink on paper but in the translation of time today You can make 3D prints,
which consist of manufacturing parts from CAD tools, scanners, among others for the
creation of volumetric pieces of different dimensions that are mostly suitable for
production, perform functional tests and evaluate the feasibility of a draft.

In the execution of this project it becomes an analysis of the basic principles of the
same to carry out the printing process of a three-way valve part of the design, material,
and different printing machines involved in the process.
 OBJETIVOS
OBJETIVO GENERAL
Diseñar y fabricar a través de impresora 3D el prototipo de una válvula de 3 vías.
OBJETIVOS ESPECIFICOS

 Identificar cada uno de los tipos de impresoras usadas en el proceso de creación

de piezas 3D

 Diseñar un mecanismo para imprimir en una prototipadora.

 Fabricar 1 prototipo de una válvula de 3 vías

 Identificar cada uno de los factores que influyen en la impresión 3D.

 Analizar diferentes posibilidades de moldes en los cuales se pueda fabricar una

válvula de 3 vías por medio de impresión 3D.

 Seleccionar una impresora adecuada para la creación del prototipo.
