1.4 Significance of Study

The Computer Technology convenience to its user through easier and faster way of recording
grades. Population of students almost all educational institution is rapidly increasing more on
Technological Study/Teaching.

Automated Grading System is a very important aspect of school process and objective. The
Students are graded to their performance and knowledge in every grading period. Teachers massive
time to compute a grade.
 The basic objective of a automated grading system is for Parents,Teachers,Students for
summarizing significant factors of the students adjustment in the total educational program. A
automated grading system will provide a improvement in the way teachers record and compute for the
grades. The study will help to the following

 Teachers

Teachers would be able to record and compute for the grades of their students faster
thereby lightening their workload and providing them will added time to attend to other
work they need to finish or having a free time.

 Students

Students can now look or monitor their grades since they can manually view their
grades and aware if there grade are downgrade and improve their educational.

 Parents

So parents are quite busy on their workplace for now they don’t need to attend on
quarter to see their child grades Students can have a picture their grades on cellphone
and take a screenshot so parent are confident that what they see on phone are eligible
and trusty.

Scope And Delimitation

The general intended of this study is to improve grading system and help the teachers easier and faster
way of recording grades and students who wants to know their grade more faster than traditional way

This study will mainly focus to develop a Grading System that may eliminate the word “manual”.
Another feature is the automated importing of grades from the teacher’s class record and printing it in
different forms unlike the current system wherein they need to write everything and present everything
in person. Another capability of the proposed system is storing and accessing old data. Another
advantage is students have now privilege to see or monitored their grades before their actual report
card released.
