Aim of the activity:
1. To develop thinking skills and activity participation of the students.
2. To broaden their vocabulary.
3. To gain advance knowledge about the topic.

How to play:
1. Teacher will group the students into two groups.
2. There are ten letters inside the box. Students have to arrange it to get the
correct word and give meaning to each letter related to word that they
have made.
3. The first group that will finish should perform their signal.
4. The winning group will gain a heart (10 points), 2nd group will gain star (5
points).

Aim of the activity:


1. To enhance thinking skills of the students.
2. To develop active participation of the students.
3. To have an idea about the lesson on their own collaboration.

How to play:
1. There are two different words inside box A and two definitions in box B.
Students have to match the words in box A with its definitions in box B
without using their dictionary.
2. The first group that will finish should perform their signal.
3. The winning group will gain a heart (10 points), 2nd group will gain star (5
points).

Aim of the activity:


1. To enhance thinking skills of the students.
2. To know the understanding of the students related to the topic.

How to Play:
1. There are different professions in the box. Students will pick one and act it
in front of their group mate. Each group will have two minutes to do it.
Each group will only have two chances to say “pass” if they don’t know
how to act it.
2. Each profession has a corresponding score (Easy=2 pts. Hard=5 pts.)
3. The winning group will gain a heart (10 points), 2nd group will gain star (5
points).

Aim of the activity:


1. To know if the students understand the lesson.
2. To know if they can apply their learning through this activity.

How to play:
1. There are four set of questions prepared for the students to answer.
2. The group has to raise “true” if they think the question is correct and
“false” if the question is wrong.
3. The group that will have the highest correct answer will be the winner.
3. The winning group will gain a heart (10 points), 2nd group will gain star (5
points).

Example:
