PROBABLE CAUSE STATEMENT

The probable cause of the arrest of the above-named individual is as follows:

[On 08-18-19 at approximately 1911 hours, I was dispatched to an Accident
Unknown Injury at N. Chambers Rd. and E. 46th Ave., in the City and County of
Denver.

Investigation revealed that the defendant (Jesus Molina Gamboa 01-14-93, CO Lic
) was driving recklessly south bound on N. Chambers
Rd. in lane #1 at high rate of speed, failing to see the vehicle in front of
him. He struck the first victim who was also traveling south on N.
Chambers Rd. The first victims vehicle was pushed into north bound traffic at
E. 46th Ave. causing him to be struck by victim #2 The arrestee
(Jesus Molina Gamboa 01-14-93) fled the scene without stopping to leave
required info or contacting police. The vehicle was identified through video
surveillance by Halo and witnesses.

Victim #1 was pronounced deceased on scene as a result of the traffic

accident. Victim #2 received a broken arm as a result of the
accident, he was transported by Denver Health Ambulance to Denver Health.

The defendant was later contacted at 47 N. Helena St., matching the

description provided by witnesses, and taken into custody on an Investigative
Hold. Prior to being taken into custody, the defendant was asked if he knew why
this was happening.

He was transported to Presbyterian St. Luke's and cleared for the DDC. He was
transported to the Denver Detention Center.]
