Recommender's name:
Title and Institution (if work address used): Counselor Teacher at SMA Negeri 1 Wonosobo
1.During which period of time have you had the most frequent contact with the applicant? From
2018 to 2019.
I was his 3rd counselor teacher when he was sitting in 12th grade. Even though I was not
close enough to many students, I tried to build relationships between us. In the same way, I did it to
one of my beloved students, Sony Hartono. In this recommendation letter based on a survey of
I thought Sony is a stubborn person, but he is also persistent. One thing that he should
improve is social interact. Although his weakness on the social, he had a uniqueness that he will
absolutely change his calm side to chummy when he meets his friends.
4.Please comment on the applicant's interpersonal skills. How well does he or she work within a
team?
Sony is great when he works for a team. It’s like he will go ahead to present his-self to work
as much as he can. Maybe, a thing like this will make another person work less. Actually, he is also a
fair person that will make the teamwork for a fair portion.
If indeed selected as a leader, he will work great as the team expected, because sometimes
he can manage the team perfectly. In the team, as a leader, he is fair in the division of tasks,
straightforward, and responsible for everything on the team. Although, sometimes he less satisfied
the crowded his confident gets down. I thought it prove to him that he will think before act.
These words could describe him so much: unexpected, persistent, independent, fair,
graduate study in Japan and potential for becoming a responsible, effective person for your
country. Additional pages may be attached, and the back page can also be used for comment.
As his teacher, I wish that he would not forget us, and we expect his potential to be good
as he is here. Build our country for good progress on his potential. If there is an opportunity, I hope
he can continue his studies in the master program, both in Indonesia or Japan.
