SINAYAWAN CS IMPLEMENTS A PULL-OUT SCHEMES FOR REMEDIAL READING

STUDENTS

To make every learner an independent reader, Sinayawan Central School

is implementing a pull-out scheme to reading instruction for Remedial Reading
Pupils for this school year 2019-2020.

The school adopts the Project Care for NorMin Readers (Project CNR) by
organizing a class of 20 learners depending on the numbers of struggling readers
and the capacity of the schools to conduct reading sessions to help increase the
numbers of independent readers in the Mother Tongue, Filipino, and English.

Individual pupils receive a half-hour to one-hour lesson each school day for
12 to 20 weeks or more from a specially trained reading teacher as specified in
the Regional Memorandum No. 243,s. 2019.

The school will provide free hot lunches/snacks for all the learners in the
beginning/remedial sessions through its MOOE to ascertain that the learners are
full and conditioned for the reading activities.
