PSC celebrates National Indigenous Peoples Month

MANILA, Philippines — October being the National Indigenous Peoples Month, the Philippine Sports Commission will conduct
the fourth leg of Indigenous Peoples Games to coincide with the celebration.
The upcoming leg will be held at the Municipality of Kapangan in the Province of Benguet from Oct. 27-29.
PSC commissioner Charles Raymond Maxey led the preparation which were initiated as early as August, in close coordination
with Benguet provincial sports coordinator Denmark Monang.
ALTERADO: Yes and Karlo Pates, executive assistant of Maxey, said around 500 are expected to compete.
One more leg is scheduled in Bukidnon this November to round up the agency’s IP activities for this year.
