Annual manpower budget - Organisation structure and Manpower Count is freezed by 15th march every
year — Territory and Department wise Manpower Budget is made.
Job Analysis & preparation of Job Descriptions of all the positions with the help of Divisional managers.
Hiring Request is raised directly to HR for Level 3 ,4 and 5 .VaIidation of requisition against
manpower budget. If within budget, process is initiated immediately(same day).
For level I and 2 and also if requisition is not within approved annual budget, approval is sought from
Mgr Committee or MD as required.
Specific JD if required is made by HR and hiring Manager and process is initiated For the requirnment.We
take in to consideration for one position above and one position below the specific requirement.(with 2
days)
At this stage we also decide the Stages of interview and interview Panel with the hiring manager.
Sourcing is done through portal/reference or consultants as per requirement.
Email the New Requirement to employees seeking references. Check database for required resumes or
share requirement, JD with consultants and discuss on cost, TAT 2 days)
All sourced resumes are entered in internal database.
Resumes are screened against the JD and then telephonic screening to see relevance and interest.
Selected profiles from prelim screening are shared with interview panel for further sort listing.(
Screening For each profile, about 20 resumes are screened and telephonic interview is conducted to
shortlist around 10 resumes who are called for personal interview)
Sort listed candidates are scheduled for Personal interview or concalls.
Updating of database and consolidate information on accepted and rejected candidates.

Information is shared with relevant stakeholders within 24 hours from receipt of feedback from panel.
Discussion with Panel /Hiring manager about compensation, role fitment and other details with in 24 hrs
of selection.
Undertake Reference check. In case of any issues discuss it with HOD and hiring manager to take a joint
decision
Closing candidatures - Negotiation with selected Candidate and discuss the LOI w.r.t compensation
within 2 working days.
Agreed LOI to be shared with hiring manager.
LOI/Offer Letter is rolled out to selected candidate confirming the joining date
