CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

Ingredients:

1 cup cold butter, cut into small cubes


1 cup brown sugar
½ cup sugar
2 eggs
1 ½ cups cake flour
1 ½ cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon cornstarch
¾ teaspoon baking soda
¾ teaspoon salt
2 cups chocolate chips
1 or 2 cups walnuts

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 410 degrees


2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together cold cubed butter, brown sugar, and sugar until creamy
3. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each one
4. Mix together dry ingredients, flours, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt. Don’t forget to sift. Stir in
chocolate chips and walnuts.
5. Separate dough into large balls and place on lightly colored cookie sheet. The dough makes 8
extra large cookies.
6. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown on the top. Let them rest for at least 10 minutes to
set.
PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE CHIP

INGREDIENTS:

4 tbsp all-purpose flour


¼ tsp baking powder
1 tbsp granulated sugar
¼ cup fat free milk
3 tbsp creamy peanut butter
3 tbsp semi-sweet chocolate chunks or chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a microwave safe mug, add all ingredients except chocolate. Using a small whisk, mix vigorously until
batter is smooth and no flour chunks remain

Stir 1 tbsp of chocolate chips into the cake batter. Add another 1 tbsp concentrated in the center/middle
of the batter (so that when you dig into the center of your cake when its finished, it has a concentrated
amount of chocolate). Sprinkle remaining 1 tbsp on top

Cook in the microwave at full power for about 1 minute. If cake batter is still gooey, cook for an
additional 15 seconds. Allow cake to cool for a few minutes before eating. Cake is best eaten warm

NUTELLA MUG CAKE

INGREDIENTS:

2 tbsp all purpose flour


1 ½ tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ tsp baking powder
Pinch salt
1 large egg
1 tbsp granulated sugar
2 tbsp Nutella
INSTRUCTIONS

In a mug, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt

Beat egg, sugar, and Nutella with a fork until very well blended

Microwave on high for 75-90 seconds, or until risen and center is set

Let cool slightly before digging in

CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE IN A MUG

INGREDIENTS

1 tbsp butter melted and cooled


¼ tsp vanilla
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp white sugar
1 pinch salt
1 egg yolk
3 tbsp flour
Cooking spray
2 tbsp chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS

Spray the inside of a microwave safe mug with non stick spray

In a bowl, mix the sugars, salt, flour, and chips together

Pour in the egg yolk, vanilla, and cooled butter. Mix by hand until dough comes together

Place the cookie dough inside the mug and microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute

COFFEE CAKE

INGREDIENTS:

1 ½ tbsp butter, softened TOPPING


2 ½ tbsp sugar 1 tbsp butter, softened
2 tbsp applesauce 2 tbsp flour
1/8 tsp vanilla extract 1 tbsp brown sugar
¼ cup flour ¼ tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
1/8 tsp cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a mug, combine butter and sugar. Add applesauce, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla, and a
pinch of salt. Stir until combined.

For the topping, combine flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon in another small bowl. Cut in softened
butter. Sprinkle over cake batter

Microwave for 45-75 seconds. Be careful not to overcook the cake
