CONTRACT OF EMPLOYMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT:

This contract is made and entered by and between:

PHILIPPINE HENGDA SPRING ENTERPRISES., with principal office address at 1952 F.T BENITEZ
ST. CORNER 1001 PRESIDENT QUIRINO AVENUE, BRGY 688 MALATE, MANILA CITY, as
represented by its Human Resource Manager, Ms. Jolly Lyn Tan, hereinafter referred to as the
“EMPLOYER”, of legal age, Filipino citizen.
CHEN ZHIXING, of legal age, Chinese citizen, hereinafter referred to as the “EMPLOYEE”,

-WITNESSETH-

1. That the EMPLOYER will engage the services of EMPLOYEE for a term of TWO (2)
years and shall commence upon approval of the Pre-arranged Employment Visa
(9G), as HEAD SUPERVISOR;
2. That the EMPLOYEE will receive a monthly compensation of TWENTY SEVEN
THOUSAND PESOS (Php 27,000.00);
3. That the working hours shall be from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from Monday to
Saturday with a scheduled day-off every week on Sundays. Work place at branch
office address at WAREHOUSE 5-6-9, ILAYA ST., NIOG II, BACOOR, CAVITE.
However, the EMPLOYEE agrees and consents to work on Sundays when
required by the EMPLOYER, provided that his/her scheduled day-off shall be
transferred to another day of the week.
4. That the EMPLOYEE shall devote the whole of his/her time and attention during
business hours to the business of the EMPLOYER, and shall not be employed or
engaged in any other capacity or undertaking. Further, he/she shall not be
interested or connected directly or indirectly in any business firm or corporation
undertaking or carrying on any business of a similar nature to, or which may
compete with the of the EMPLOYER;
5. That the EMPLOYEE shall well and faithfully serve the EMPLOYER in such capacity
as aforesaid, and shall at all times devote his/her whole time, attention, and
energies to his/her duties and responsibilities, as outlined below, and shall do
and perform to the best of his ability all such services, acts and things connected
therewith, and are of a nature property belonging to the duties of a HEAD
SUPERVISOR;
6. That it is understood that the duties of a HEAD SUPERVISOR include, but are not
limited, to the following:
a. Serving prospective clients, specifically those who are legible and
knowledgeable on the Chinese language.
b. Answering or referring inquiries.
c. Such other duties that may be assigned by EMPLOYER.
7. The EMPLOYEE shall obey and comply with all the lawful directions by the
EMPLOYER and shall promote the interest of the EMPLOYER to the best of his
ability, and shall not do anything which may cause or tend to cause any loss or
damage to the EMPLOYER, in business reputation or otherwise;
8. The EMPLOYEE shall not, either during the term of his employment or at any
time thereafter, use or disclose to any person, firm or corporation any
information concerning Business affairs of the EMPLOYER which he may have
acquired by reason of his Employment, for his own benefit or to the detriment of
the EMPLOYER.
 9. The EMPLOYER may terminate the employment of the EMPLOYEE after a prior
written notice and hearing, as provided by law if the EMPLOYEE shall in any
respect fail to observe or comply with the conditions and stipulations imposed
upon him by this contract, the provisions of the Company’s Manual of Policies,
and other instructions/memoranda that maybe issued by the EMPLOYER from
the time to time.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, both parties have hereunto set their signatures this ________day of
