Performance Task : ABS CBN Cebu network accepted your entry featuring an adaptation of a contemporary Philippine literary text that highlights in raising the literary awareness and
appreciation of the general public literature presentation. You and your production team will make a “Teleserye” pitch to a major television. Your task is to prepare
a “proof of concept”. Thus, the presentation does not have to be completely performed as “teleserye”, but can include a discussion on the issues and ideas being
presented. Create a 10-15 minute plot “pilot” adaptation of a text and you are expected to have it in a video presentation. The video will be evaluated by the ABS
CBN network manager based on the following criteria: quality of adaptation, creativity/originality, and fidelity to the technical aspects of the medium used.
