JOINT AFFIDAVIT

That we, HENRY V. PILARIO and ESTHER L. MONTERON, both of legal age,
Filipinos, single and residents of barangay Cadawinonan, Dumaguete City, Negros
Oriental, under oath, do hereby depose and manifest:

That we have started to live together as husband wife in May 28, 1991, at Bongao,
TawiTawi, Sulu;

That in May 3, 2001, we transferred residence from TawiTawi, Sulu to

Cadawinonan, Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental and until the present;

That during our cohabitation we were blessed with four children namely:
1. DAVID MONTERON, who was born on November 4, 1991;
2. RUTH MONTERON, who was born on October 2, 1998;
3. KENNETH MONTERON, who was born on January 19, 2004; and,
4. SHYRYL MAE PILARIO, who was born on December 7, 2004;

That we have been living together as husband and wife for fourteen (14) years
already, more or less, and there is no legal impediments to our marriage;

That we executed this affidavit freely and voluntarily without any considerations
or promise whatsoever, but to attest the truthfulness of the afore-stated facts.
