GREETINGS OF PEACE AND LOVE OF THE LORD! ! ! ! !

Our Club received a Billing dated April 19, 2006 from the Kiwanis International,
Philippine South District reflecting the account of Sibulan Gapnod the amount of Php21,080 for
KY 2004-2005 and Php20,978 KY 2005-2006. The members of the Club has always been raising
the question why we failed to pay our KI dues for the KY 2004-2005 and our Club president
always informed us that he has already paid the said account as shown in the attached Photo
copy of DBP check No. DUM 3613110, dated January 24, 2005 in the amount of Php5,100.00
under Official Receipt No. 072 sent to Kwn. Carmelo Adolfo of Conchita Altavas Subdivision,
Roxas City, on January 26, 2004 under LBC Official Receipt No. A 7507322 , representing
district dues and DBP Check No. DUM 3613111 dated January 24, 2005 in the amount of
Php16,830.00 sent to KWN. Mario Sison of Francisco Gold Condo, Kamuning Street, Cubao,
Quezon City, Metro Manila, under LBC Official Receipt No. A 750732 representing KI dues.

Worst, the Officers of the Club, subsequent to my terms, were not properly recorded or
recognized by the Kiwanis International like the term of Club President Ariel Balugo, Rodolfo
Blanco and Jovito Sienes, together with our new members when in fact, we have sent the roster
of new Officers to the office concerned. The complaint of the new members and the officers,
was that why continue attending this club when in fact their names are not recognized.

That because of these unpleasant events, our incumbent club President, Jovito Sienes lost
enthusiasm to attend and preside our regular meeting and lately announced his resignation. The
rest of the members of the club, and the undersigned secretary, who volunteer for the position
and being the previous charter president, just to make the club intact, have tried to revived and
resuscitate the life of the club, and convinced the incumbent president to stay fool until we hear
from the higher ups, but if no solution or explanation why this untold events happened, we may
leave the club with wounded hearts. Attached herewith are the photo copies of the two checks
and the delivery receipts from the LBC to the persons concerns.

IN VIEW HEREOF, our Club, thru the undersigned is praying for a correct accounting of
our accountabilities with the District and KI dues and we want to know whether our previous
officers of the club and the new members after the undersigned term of office as a charter
president of Kiwanis Club of Sibulan-Gapnod were properly recognized and listed in the
Kiwanis International roster of membership and the presidency of ARIEL BALUGO,
RODOLFO BLANCO and recently, JOVITO SIENES were properly recorded or accounted for.
