SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, MARIA ROWENA DELEON BANQUERIGO, of legal age, Filipino, married , and a
resident of barangay Poblacion, Sibulan, Negros Oriental, and by virtue of these presents, DO
HEREEBY name, constitute and appoint ROSERNIE B. CUERDA, likewise of legal age, Filipino,
married, and a resident of barangay Liptong, Santander, Cebu, as my true and lawful Attorney-in-
fact, for me and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform the following acts and deeds;

1. To Administer and a caretaker of all my shares, rights and interests over Lot No. 2724
(part) which is located in barangay Liptong, Santander, Cebu covered by Tax
Declaration No. 41-13067;

2. To Sue and file all kind of cases in all government agencies or courts in Cebu to anyone
who usurp my rights, interest and participations over the aforementioned parcel of land;

3. To sign any and all documents or papers pertaining to the aforementioned transactions and
authority.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-in-fact, full power and authority
to do and perform each and every act requisite and necessary in order to give full effect the foregoing
authority as fully to all intents and purposes as I might be or could lawfully do, if personally present,
with full power of substitution and revocation and HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all
that my said Attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
