Golden Rule No 2 - Identify Hazard - Control Risk

1 Do you know the hazard of your workplace/?
2 Do you assess the risk of identified hazard and escalate the same for any non-compliance?
3 Do you regularly verify vehicle maintenance log?
4 Do you escalate non compliance of HIRAC to higher level?
5 Do you involve risk assessment in your daily activity?
6 Do you get the information of change management every time?
7 Do you get information of non routine activity?
8 Have you safe logistic plan layout for every facility?
9 Do you involve your workmen & Supervisor in ?
10 Do you evaluate your sub-contractor on hazard and risk basis?

Golden Rule No :3 - Define Targets - Develop Programme

1 Have you defined the objective relevant to organization objectives
2 Have you developed and communicated the HSE programme

Have you considered views of employees and information received from employees while developing

4 Do you review the objectives and programme in monthly committee meeting?
5 Do you establish & implement objectives and Programme in Health; Safety & Environment.

Golden Rule No 5 - Use Safe & Healthy Technology

1 Do you ensure the fitness of machines ; equipment and power before deployment at site
2 Do your Managers and line management evaluate the operational control measure?
3 Do you report the status of compliance and non-compliance to senior level.
4 Do you verify the fitness of HIRED equipment and
5 Do you ensure and control the PPE issued to s/c
6 Is corrective & preventive maintenance performed regularly?

8 Do you ensure competency & fitness of operator before deployment

Golden Rule 6 - Improve Qualification
