For contracts for founding brand hotels, the CS agent should continue to check the ITD/DFA fields on the account per standard process, and
they would add the step of checking the demand census to ensure the hotel is on the census. If they are NOT on the census, they would reply to
the DOS advising the property is not on the Demand Census, therefore we need to know if this is a new hotel that is opening or a property that is
re-branding. If so, what is the estimated open date. Contracts start date then needs to be 30 days after the estimated opening date so the
property will have data. If DOS advises that the property is not a new build or a re-brand, CS should reach out to the d360INDY group to get a
start date for the contract.

Contract Support Process for A360 GDS Advertising Edition
Overview: This new product feature will be for our GDS Media customers and this is to obtain new, granular data from all GDS vendors to
which we’ve never had access. This new data will allow us to change the way we attribute bookings to GDS Media campaigns to be similar to
digital media reporting. We will integrate GDS Media results into Agency360 Property and Express Edition subscriptions which will put GDS
Media campaign data at the fingertips of customers and will eliminate the manual creation of 1000s of GDS single property campaign reports
today.
For those GDS customers who are NOT currently Agency360 Property or Express edition subscribers, we require that a new edition of
Agency360 be created. This edition will not provide the standard Agency360 data (the tabs will be visible but will be greyed out/inaccessible),
and the GDS-only customers will be able to access the new GDS Agency360 subscription in order to obtain their campaign results. All
customers will access Agency360 through standard EMC login processes as they exist today.
Notes:
 We will not charge customers for this new edition of Agency

 Agency360 GDS Advertising Edition will not auto-renew - is this a true statement? Aren’t they being set up as “evergreen” or for an
extended term?
 The standard GDS Media contract T’s and C’s will apply. There are no additional terms for the Agency360 GDS Advertising edition that
will come with their media contract.
 No standard rules apply for termination and terminations are managed on an exception basis only
