On Job Training Manual (Intern)

This module is prepared for trainee to experience and understand the roles and responsibilities
as well as the objectives and goals of all departments in Raycot Apparels. Trainee will be rotated around
the departments and will informed when to report to new department by mentor. Refer to this module
for the understanding of roles and assignments during the rotation.

 Contribute in the implementation of marketing strategies
 Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness
 Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media (social,
print etc.)
 Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to promote success of activities and enhance the company’s
presence
 Prepare content for the publication of marketing material and oversee distribution
 Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
 Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses

 Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
 Provide counseling on policies and procedures
 Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the

 Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
