Re: DEMAND FOR PAYMENT / FINAL NOTICE

MAM :

Our client, your former employers ARNEL GUIBINCAN and JENNIFER GUIBINCAN, have referred
to us for appropriate legal action regarding the alleged amount you have borrowed and the amount
you have unlawfully taken without their consent.

Record would reveal that indeed you have admitted, confirmed and acknowledged that you are obligated
to pay the amount of THIRTY THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED NINETY FIVE (P 30, 695.00) on or before
June 30, 2019. Attached is the copy of the Affidavit of Undertaking and Confirmation dated June 25, 2019.

Unfortunately however, you adamantly refused to pay and continue your wicked ways to defraud our
clients. Your obstinate failure to comply or fulfill your undertakings has not only prejudiced our
clients but also caused them great damage.

In this connection, we hereby demand you to pay the aforesaid amount to our client within five days
from receipt of this letter. Otherwise, much to our regret, we will be constrained to elevate this matter
to the court and we will file a criminal and civil complaint against you before the proper Court to
protect and vindicate the interest of our client, without further notice.

Consider this as our final demand.
