There are quite plenty of competing forces both inside and outside the university; these
There are several known competitors within and around the university. Below is a list of
Owned by the University and managed by the students and staff of the University’s College
of Business Management Unit. There products ranges from locally baked goods, sandwiches,
local sweets, biscuits, beverages to pastas and noodle. The price starts from ₱ 7.00 – ₱ 21.00.
Outside Stores – This includes the Barrientos Store, etc that sells merchandised products.
Mostly, these types of stores are sole proprietorship. They are managed and owned by the
same individual. Majority of their products are merchandised goods bought from major
enterprises then sold at a retailed price. This includes curls, biscuits, soft drinks and other
household products. Their main edge is the affordability of their products; quite very cheap

Eating is the most favourite hobby of everyone. Foods, particularly snacks, are part of the daily
needs of the students, as well as the Faculty and Staff. Students, Faculty and staff can be seen
going in the canteen or food kiosk and even going out of the campus to buy their preferred
snacks daily. Since food is a basic need of everyone, the demand for food is expected to be stable
and even increase if there is increase in the number of enrolled students in the university.
The food industry includes about 20 participants both inside and outside UA-TLM campus.

The stall will be located in the near the Bandoja Activity Center because it is very
accessible to the market segments. It is at the centre of the school grounds where all target
market passes through when transferring from one facility to another. The location is quite shady
with trees covering the area suitable for sitting and enjoys leisure times.
The University is in great need of snacks and refreshments. The School Canteen is the
only single establishment in the university that sells these kinds of goods, and most of the time
they are short or fail to supply. During class vacancies and breaks, students tend to go out the
campus to buy snacks and refreshments, thus, there is a great inefficiency of supplying goods to
the market.
Consumers are in great need of affordable and quality goods that are convenient to
purchase. MLM Company will position us by providing these demands with authentic goods at
pocket friendly price in the most convenient channel as possible. We shall operate in the most
productive and cost and time efficient way. We will be positioned as the premier one stop snack
