“A study on financial performance of EM BABY GENERAL FINANCE PVT LTD a non-
banking finance company”.

2. INTRODUCTION:
EM BABY general finance limited is an non-banking finance company registered with
Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and incorporated in November 2008 under Companies Act
1956 primarily engaged in the business of providing different types of loans against gold
to individuals having limited or no access to formal credit to meet their short term
personal requirements and it also provides money transfer facilities in India, foreign
inward money transfer services, encashment of foreign currencies, etc.

The main objective of this project is to understand about the financial performance of the
company.

 To study about the asset quality of the company.

Secondary data:
 The secondary data for this work will be obtained from company annul returns and
CRISIL rating reports and brochures, website, internet, text books, reports and other
promotional materials.
