1. How do you think the Book writing Seminar can help you in writing your
own documentation for a SAD project?
Ans:
Book writing seminar can help me in writing my own documentation for SAD
project because through that seminar I was able to learn the do’s and don’ts
in writing for a SAD project. I’ve learned the proper format of the
documentation as well as the technicalities, procedure and methodologies.
The seminar also helped me to think about the project that I will do. I’ve
learned how to properly write my introduction to holistically understand what
my project all about is. I’ve also learned how to formulate a general and
specific problem for the Statement of Objectives. The seminar has serve as
an avenue or blueprint as I venture my SAD project, it has given me an idea
what kind of goals should I set and what steps or procedure should I
accomplish.
2. How do you think can the book writing Seminar help you in
documenting a system project? Identify practical ways?
Ans:
As I’ve said earlier, the book writing seminar can help me in documenting a
system project through providing me a proper arrangement or scheme on
what to do first, what should be done next and how am I going to organize my
paper. The seminar helped me to be a good organizer, researcher and
planner. The practical ways I’ve learned in seminar are:
I need to be SPECIFIC. I should know what goal I need to accomplish
and how and why will it be accomplished.
Ans:
The only way to understand something is through doing it. I think it is relevant
for us to be familiarized and to know the concepts of book writing vis-à-vis
System Analysis and Design so we can able to know how we are going to do
it and what or where we should start. But I’m sure that we can holistically
appreciate and understand it once we’ve done it already—cliché as it sound
but people can learn most through experience. However, learning and
concepts has given us the idea about the methodology or procedure in
documenting our SAD.
