Responsibilities -Monitor and control expenses related to project work and ensure organizational forecasts and budgets are met for
these expenses
-Handle procurement activities relating to contracts and sub contracts in accordance with Company Procedures and
Procurement department activities.
-Undertake team briefings and inception activities to ensure all aspects of work are understood by all concerned
parties.
-Responsible and report on the scheduling of man/material movements for all aspects of construction and or
maintenance activity.
-Act as a liaison with contractors and clients managing any work interfaces and enhancements to project scope.
-Review and evaluate technical submittals and shop drawings prior to submission to consultants and clients
according to required project standards.
-Maintain the safety standards and comply with Company’s Health, Safety and Environment
Management System Requirements.
-Follow and maintain Company standards of Quality in accordance with Company Quality System requirements.
-Assist Project Manager in handling and coordinating projects activities in all project phases.
-Coordinate sub-contractors, vendors and clients for project tasks.
-Preparation of purchase requisitions to suppliers for service/solution business.

Position Material Engineer / Expeditor

Responsibilities Assigned to work on:-
- El Shabab & west Damietta Simple Cycle Power Plants
-Beni suef 4800 Combined cycle power plant.
-Extension of Suez gulf 220/ 66/11 kV GIS Substation Project.
-Attaqa and Mahmoudia simple cycle (Supply of spare parts)
-Interface with procurement, engineering, planning, project management, finance, logistics and quality to ensure
purchase order requirements are understood and complied with project specifications by the supplier.
-Coordinate and Participate in the pre-qualification audit to make sure that the recommended new suppliers meet
the quality and safety requirements to be approved or not in our vendor list.
-Review submittal documents (Procedure, ITP… etc.) which sent by vendor after signing of PO.
-Establish formal and informal communications with assigned suppliers to enable timely, accurate and forward-
looking analysis of suppliers’ progress in meeting interim delivery schedules of supplier data, manufacturing
milestones, material deliveries, testing and perform factory acceptance test.
-Contribute to preparation of frequent reports detailing suppliers ‘progress, problems encountered and solutions to
maintain fabrication, testing and delivery schedules.
-Inspect items at their place of manufacture before delivery.
-Formulate and execute appropriate corrective actions when necessary to ensure suppliers meet critical milestones.
- Follow up Logistics and material control to confirm material delivery to site.
 -Review final documents Manufacture Data Book (MDB) (inspection reports, material certificates, FAT, ITP..etc.)
which sent by vendor.
-Preparation of final QC dossier for handing over to the client and maintain proper filling system (as per
Organization procedure) with full traceability for retrieving the document.
-Updating the material tracking sheet and expediting log.
-Fulfill the inspection process for the material on ERP system
-Working IDOX software for documents control.
Position QC Engineer – Electrical

Project Beni Suef – 4800 MW combined cycle power plant
Duration June 2016 to November 2016
Location Beni Suef , Egypt
Responsibilities -Inspection of Cable Lying (both in Trenches and Cable Tray).
-Perform the quality control activities while installation and pre commissioning of High, Medium & Low voltage
switch gears, protective relays and Motor Control Centers.
-Installation and Pre commissioning inspection of Power and Distribution transformers, High, Medium & Low
voltage panel boards.
-Functional Tests of all electrical equipment (Like MCC, Transformers, Panels, CT,PTs, UPS etc.,).
-Inspection during installation and pre commissioning of Cathodic Protection.
-Reading of Electrical drawings, Termination drawing and Cable Schedules.
-Undertake QC functions in the workplace for daily QC activities.
-Conduct inspection of raw materials, bought out items and review of Material Test Certificates (MTC) and the
specification requirements.
-Interface and coordinate with clients for QC matters and coordinate with third party inspection agencies for all
related inspection activities.
-Supervise staff for reporting, recording and inspection activities.
