1. if in my opinion the skills that must be known by nurses is how to make nursing care, every
action taken must always be documented, and the skills that must be known by nurses are the
act of infusion, bathing the patient, and catheter placement. Installation of infusion to meet the
needs of fluid and electrolytes that have been reduced. Bathing the patient to clean the patient
from dirty skin and also the whole body. Catheter placement is performed to collect the urine of
patients who are already unconscious or patients who experience interference in the urinary
system.
2. it is very important to conduct health promotion to increase knowledge to the public who are
still lay and to make the community a society that is very concerned about health.

2. in nursing care there are divided into 5 parts, namely: assessment, data analysis, intervention,
implementation, and evaluation. Each section has its own role in the assessment we must conduct
a study of patients for example the patient's identity, name, age, place of birth date and others. In
data analysis we process the data we have reviewed and then take whatever problems are
obtained from the study of these patients. In our intervention we must determine what plans we
should give the patient. In implementation we do what has been planned from the intervention. And
evaluation to find out what are the results of what we have done to these patients.

3. When we going to create a CV we have to fill up the identity form from name, address, school and
the alma mater. The most important when we create a CV is our experience in work before
because many company are going to ask about our experiences.
