Our main mission as an organisation is to build a place where people can come to find
comfort, in order to inspire and nurture the human spirit, and give optimism and happiness through
our products. Toyrapy’s purpose is to offer products that give relaxation and refresh the world in
mind and body.

VISION

The goal of Toyrapy is to be the first place to go in the world of the people who are
stressed. We want to be a business that is customer-focused by being the best provider of stress
relief products that surely engage dalliance and calmness to many people.

Description

The business’ name is J’s Toyrapy—a combination of the words “toy” and “therapy”
since the business revolves around buy and sell stress relief products such as stress balls, fidget
spinners, stress relief colouring pages, magnets, etc. J’s Toyrapy offers products that increase
attention, focus, and relieve stress. It also aims for the means of educating the consumers on how
they would be able to cope up with stress. The name can be explained through the objectives and
products of the business where in it promotes sense of calmness, just like having a therapy and
having toys as its products.

Product/Services:

J’s Toyrapy shall be selling products that can relieve the customers’ stress due to their
day-to-day hectic schedules. The primary aim is to provide them comfort and ease as well as to
lessen their tension with our little devices. The products will result to them having a much-relaxed
state of mind while having fun with our interactive products. We will be selling handheld and
portable relieving devices that can be carried anywhere with no extra bulkiness to highlight its
convenience. The following are our proposed products: (1) stress balls, (2) fidget spinners, (3)
magnet, (4) slime, and (5) coloring books.

MARKET
J’s Toyraphy will employ pricing that are depends on it’s style and sizes. The stress balls
will range to Php 30 to 55. The fidget spinners ranges Php 50 to 70 while magnets pricing ranges
to Php 25 to 40 while slime ranges Php 30 to 45. The coloring books ranges to Php 35 to 50.

LOCATION OF THE BUSINESS

J’s Toyrapy is located near the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA at Times
Street, Alabang-Zapote Road, Pamplona, Las Piñas City. The business is near the school in
order for our target customers, the students, to have easy access in buying stress relief products
since they are most likely to buy these things because of stress from academics. The location is
surely easy to find and big enough for potential expansion. J’s Toyrapy, will make the customers
curious on what is the real deal with the store’s name. With that, they will try to figure out what
and why the store’s name is like that, and it results to more customers that will come by in the
store. Furthermore, being near at school as its location means that more people who can see the
store; because it is not just the students who come to school but also the staffs and other workers
that are surely also experiencing stress and it means that the entrepreneurs can persuade not just
their target customers but also some people that can be their customers.

J’s Toyraphy is a Sole Proprietorship type of business that is managed by Jenalyn D.
Tabilino which is the General Manager.

MANAGER

 She must observed the performance of her staffs.


 She is responsible to make a decisions and resolutions to the problems of the
business.
 She is the first person who make her staffs to be motivated and to be responsible to
their work.

FLOOR MANAGER

 Delegate assignments, fill in for absent employees.


 The one who ensure customers have a pleasant experience in the establishment.
 Responsible for multi-tasking and being able to think clearly for emergencies.

PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

 Responsible for work flow by monitoring steps of the process.


 The one who completes production plan by scheduling and assigning work results.
 Must maintain working relationship with the union by following the terms of the
collective bargaining agreement.

FINANCIAL SUPERVISOR

 Responsible for preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts of the


business.
 The one who do undertaking research into pricing, competitors and factors that
affects the performance of the business.
 The one who develop the best practices to enhance the operationap performance
of the business.

MARKETING SUPERVISOR

 The one who leads the marketing team and prepares the marketing budget.
 Responsible for developing marketing strategy and written action plans in
order to achieve our specific objectives.
 Responsible for following up the customers’ questions and requests in timely
manner.

OPERATION SUPERVISOR

 The one who observe and analyze the overall efficacy of the business and ensure
things that are working properly.
 Responsible to report their findings to upper management as needed.
 Responsible for reporting the performance directly to the director that he/she
supervised.

because its target market is the students that is surely stressed in academics. There are almost
14,000 students as the potential market of the business, thus, with this big number of customers,
the establishment will be viable and functioning for a long time. As a group of formerly graduated
from a business oriented high school, the students are capable of establishing a business. Through
making use of the previous experiences with business and business management, the students can
formally utilize the skills that they have attained and may help the team in enhancing and further
developing the foundation of the business through hands-on work and unity. The business’ vision
is to be the first place to go in the world of the people who are stressed. While its purpose and
mission is to offer products that give relaxation and refresh the world in mind and body. There are
also five core values that the business have and those are leadership, passion, integrity, quality,
and humility. The entrepreneur's strategies to promote the business are creating an E-mail account,
distributing flyers, and the power of word of mouth. This business, J’s Toyrapy, will surely help
many people even just with small things, because its products will bring relaxation and will help
the customers to have something that they can rely on when they are stressed, angry,
uncomfortable, and many other emotions.
