2. Enter your Innovation employee ID and click on "Get Password" button. The
password will be sent to your personal ID.(Please remember to check junk/spam
folders)
3. Now enter the password and click on 'get details' and walk into the world of
Innovation

You can download passport copies, labor card copies and pay slips. Additionally you can
also request for any document you require from us. Your relationship manager will
execute your request as soon as possible and revert to you.

(A to F points are not applicable for labor card applicants)

a) Visa Process – From the date of completed documents received the visa will be
issued within 10 working days. Should there be a delay from the government
authorities, we will intimate you on the delay.

b) Please note that the designation mentioned on the visa will be Sales/Archives
Clerk. We can also mention a designation as per your offer letter (if available
with Ministry of Labour) provided we have your attested educational certificate
before applying your visa. The certificate must be attested from the UAE
Embassy in your home country and Ministry of Foreign Affairs in UAE.

c) When we receive your visa, your Relationship Manager (RM) will inform you and
email the copy of the visa to you.
d) If you are in the country on a tourist visa you will need to do an entry/exit at the
airport as internal amendment of the visa cannot be done.

e) If you are in the country on residency or a visit visa you have two choices to
change your visa status. You can either exit the country or enter Dubai on your
new Employment Visa or you can internally amend your visa status by paying an
amount of AED. 630/- and submitting you original passport with cancellation
papers.

f) This is only applicable for staff coming from Abroad – You need to send us your
flight details to your RM 3 days before your departure for us to organize your ‘Ok
to Board’.

g) Upon arrival / before reporting to work, you will need to email your entry visa
copy to your respective RM to enable us to type your Medicals/ Visa Stamping &
Labor Card issuance. The RM will inform you to collect the paper and go for the
medical. You must complete your medical process within one week from your
date of joining. Please mention the below said address to enable us to receive
your medical report. Kindly return the medical paper along with your passport,
ZAJEL stickers, entry visa and emirates ID application after medical. Please note
that any delay in medicals will result in a delay in the stamping process.
Innovations will not be liable in any fines due to delay in stamping. The same will
be deducted from your salary.

Your salary can be put on hold should you delay the medical process which in
turn will delay the visa stamping process.

h) UAE ID – Please note that Emirates ID is now a mandatory requirement for visa
stamping and you will be responsible to apply for your own Emirates ID. While
completing your medical procedure, kindly ensure that you apply for your
emirates ID as it is now a mandatory requirement for stamping of your visa.
Please mention your address to receive communicate regarding your Emirates
id.

i) Salary Transfer – We will process your bank account with ADIB or ENBD. Should
you want your salary to be transferred to another bank please send your IBAN
with Bank name to your HR Relationship Manager.
j) Kindly get in touch with your HR for passport release, after getting an approval
mail from your reporting manager. However if you fail to return your passport on
or before the return date you shall be solely liable and responsible for any action
filed with the appropriate authorities with this regard

k) The stamped visa is received 10-12 working days from the date of receiving the
medical report.

l) The labor cards are received 15-20 working days from the date of signing the
Labor Contract. If for some reason this is delayed, we will keep you informed on
the reason.

m) NOC and salary certificate letter can be requested with the approval of your
reporting manager. We will take 24 hours to provide you with the requisite.

p) Leave, EOSB and Annual benefit is applicable as per UAE Law. The EOSB and final
settlement will be intimated to you within 2 weeks from the date of your
resignation / termination

Resignation by employees:

(a) If you choose to resign from your responsibilities, you need to serve one month
notice period. This notice should be submitted in writing or an official mail can be
sent to your line manager it has to be approved by the management. It shall be at
the discretion of the Client to approve requests for vacation during this time
period and/or to rescind previously approved vacation, in the best interest of the
organization. The Client reserves the right to specify a time frame less than two
weeks. You are liable to pay the cost incurred during your initial employment.

(b) You need to book a ticket and send us a copy (48 hours before the exit date) so
that we can handover your passport to you at the airport 3 hours before
departure. Please note that you need to exit before the expiry of your grace
period. The last date to exit will be mentioned on the visa cancellation. You’re
pending dues and EOSB (if any) will be given to you once you sign your
cancellation.
Termination by the company:

(c) If you have been terminated by the employer with an immediate effect before
completion of your probation period you will not be entitled for notice pay we will
book your ticket for exiting to your home country and your pending dues will be
given to you once you sign your cancellation.
(d) If you have been terminated by the employer with a prior notification of 1 month
after completion of your probation period you will not be entitled for notice pay
we will book your ticket for exiting to your home country and your pending dues
will be given to you once you sign your cancellation

(e) If you have been terminated by the employer with an immediate effect after
completion of your probation period you will be entitled for notice pay we will
book your ticket for exiting to your home country and your pending dues will be
given to you once you sign your cancellation.

(f) Your passport will be handed over to you at the airport 3 hours before departure.
Please note that you need to exit before the expiry of your grace period. The last
date to exit will be mentioned on the visa cancellation, so please let us know which
date you would like to exit and accordingly we will book your ticket.

(g) Once we receive the notification from client regarding your resignation/
termination you will receive a mail from you RM for completing your Exit
formalities.

(h) You will have to come and submit your original labor card and insurance card
within a week to enable us to cancel the same failing to do so will result in a fine of
150/- per week which will be adjusted against your EOSB. After we receive the
above-mentioned documents we will take an approval from your employer to
process your cancellation typing. We will accordingly type your cancellation inform
you to come and sign it. Please handover your emirates id or emirates id
registration form with stamp and inform us in case you have sponsored your
family. After signing the cancellation paper it takes 3- 4 working days for
cancellation. We will send you the cancellation copy so that you can exit UAE.

(i) Please note that as per the UAE law if you have resigned or have been terminated
you are not allowed to work with any other employer till your cancellation process
is complete. This includes your exit from the country. If you are caught working
elsewhere there will be heavy fines imposed on you. We therefore request you to
adhere to the cancellation process. Failing to do so, we will be forced to declare
you absconding. Any charges related to the removal of absconding will have to be
borne by you.
(j) Passport will be handed over to you at the Airport because we need to collect the
exit papers from the immigration after you exit. If you are doing an internal
amendment with your next employer your passport will only be handed over to
you after we receive your new employment visa and a mail from the employer
stating that they will take responsibility of giving your internal amendment papers
to us.

(k) In the event of you getting a job on the same visa with one of our existing clients
after your resignation/termination your EOSB / pending dues will not be carry
forwarded the amount will be settled once you sign the undertaking letter from us
you will be able to join the new company if and only if you sign the undertaking
letter.

Note: If you choose not to exit to home country the ticket/ the amount will not be given
to you. For labor card applicants the pending dues and EOSB (if any) will be given once
the labor cancellation is signed. The company is not liable to book to ticket for Labor
card applicants in the event of termination. Leave, EOSB and Annual benefit is
applicable as per UAE Law. The EOSB and final settlement will be intimated to you
within 2 weeks from the date of your resignation / termination.
