open up a window with the list of created
planograms.
• Created planograms can be moved to
folder, copy, merge and delete by selecting.

planograms quickly by customizing them
• Eg: SF Cooler CSD 1 Door is a standard
template for one door shelf

• Clicking on the “Admin” tab, shows a drop
down menu including Product Library,
Product Bulk Upload, Label Templates
Planogram Compliance and Import

Product library contains all the products that
are added so far.
• New products can be added individually or
as bulk
• Products can be added individually by
entering various info that is unique to the
product
• The mandatory fields include UPC, product
name, category, manufacturer, brand and
dimensions along with the image

Bulk upload of products to the product library
is also easy
• Clicking on the “Product File Template” will
download an excel sheet with options to
enter product specifications
• Once these fields are filled the file can be
uploaded directly to the library

• By clicking “New Planogram” section, a new
planogram can be built specifying all the
dimensions
• You can also select planogram templates
from “Create From Template” option.

Planogram designer is where you can design
and edit planograms. It has many features

Nexgen POG – Product Bin
Product bin contains products that are to be
arranged on the shelf.
• Prior to adding products onto the shelves,
products are to be added or imported into
the product bin
• Once the products are imported to the bin,
products can be added on the shelves

• Clicking “Add To Bin” will open up a window
where a category/product can be searched
• The search result displays all products of
that category and by selecting “Add
Selected Products”, they can be added to
the bin.

Right clicking on the shelf open up the
contextual menu
• It has options to add facings, spread even,
align left, right or bottom, add or remove
shelf/section, and apply product colour
• From the “Tools” option also you can easily
access all the options to arrange your
planogram

• There are options at the bottom of the
planogram designer to get different views
of the shelf
• The shelf can be viewed based on the
brand, manufacturer, package type, size
brand and more

Customize the planogram by adding or
removing shelves
• Adding products is simply a matter of “drag
& drop”
• Dimensions can be changed by changing
the properties
• Now start adding products on the shelves
from the product bin

With Visual Analysis feature, planograms can
be reviewed in different colour-schemes
based on various criteria
• A specific criteria will be denoted by a
particular colour
• The shelf view will be changed according to
the selected criteria, displaying products in
different colour scheme

Custom Labels can be easily created by
choosing “Labels” option
• Choose labels or templates from
“Custom Labels” side window
• Labels can be dragged to the right
position

• With Compliance feature, the field
executives can raise a ticket regarding any
issues in implementing the planogram
• The ticket can be viewed on the category
management dashboard
