TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. The Aristocrat shall provide dining tables, chairs and full dining set-up.
2. A 5 % surcharge per hour shall apply in excess of 3 hours of actual catering service.
3. The caterer will not be liable for any non-Aristocrat food provided by the client and/or guests.
4. All losses or breakages on the venue caused by the guests shall be added to the bill.
5. For outdoor venues, the client shall provide tents or alternative roofed venue in case of bad weather
condition.

MODE OF PAYMENT:

1. Fifty percent (50%) down payment and a duly signed Banquet Contract is required for the confirmation of
food and services of the client.
