1] Mirza: Jhelumi said that if Qa:dianis [Mah:mu:di: Mirza:’is]shall cease to declare Muslims as Ca:fir
then he shall cease to declare them as Ca:fir.

This is an explicit proof that Mirza: Jhelumi: is not declaring Mah:mu:di: Mirza:’is as Ca:fir on the basis of
denying the Finality and Lasthood of Holy Prophet. Rather Mirza: Jhelumi: is declaring them as Ca:fir on
another reason that they declare all Muslims, Mirza: Jhelumi: and his followers as Ca:fir.

But this is wrong and incorrect. Since Mirza: Jhelumi: should have declared Mah:mu:dites as Ca:fir on
the basis of denying the Finality and Lasthood of the Prophethood of Last and Final Prophet Saiyiduna:
Va Maulna:na: Va ‘Ima:mun:a Muh:ammad Rasu:lullah [PBUH].

So Mirza: Jhelumi: is shifting the basic reason of Takfi:r to a reason which is a Consequence of the basic
Reason. Why? Because he does not consider this Basic reason as Basic , due to his heresy and apostasy.

2] If a person say P1 is Ca:fir due to several reasons, then it is incorrect and wrong to say that if the
person cease to believe in a particular reason, then he shall not be declared as Ca:fir.

If a person say P2 says so then this person clearly believes that other beliefs of Cufr believed by P1 are
not Cufr according to P2. This makes P2 Ca:fir as well.

3] The Principle of Ta’li:q Bil Muh:a:l at most proves an event or an act as Impossible but it is Possible
that a person say P3 says that the believe Say B is Impossible according to him but he also says that it is
not Cufr if some one say P4 who says that B is Possible is not a Ca:fir.

This means that to declare an Event as Impossible is one thing and to declare that one who believes tha
the Event is Not Impossible is Cufr is an other thing. Mirza: Jhelumi tried to use the Principle of Ta’:liq Bil
Muh:a:l [Hinging from an Impossible] to prove that cessation of Mah:mu:di: Mirza:’is to declare Muslims

etc. as Ca:fir is Impossible, but he still did not declare them as Ca:fir , on disbelieving in the Finality of
Holy Prophet.

Since he was unable to explain his ridiculous and obscure lecture , in which he said that he shall cease to
declare Qa:dianis as Ca:fir if they shall cease to declare Muslims, Mirza: Jhelumi: and his followers as
Ca:fir.

4] In this lecture he attempts to find a secret way to save La:hori: Mirza:’is from Tacfi:r., and to isguide
his listeners.The following are the reasons:-

1) He said that he declares only to groups as Ca:fir, namely 1.1) Nus:airiah 1.3) Qa:dianiah.

This means that he does not declare La:horites as Ca:fir.Since if he declares them as Ca:fir , it contradicts
the condition of Onliness. Even a beginner in the study of comparative religions know that Qa:dianis and
Lahoris are two different sects of the followers of Mirza: Gh:ula:m ‘Ah:mad Qa:diani [1835? CE-1908 CE]

2) Mirza: Jhelumi: said that if Qa:dianis cease to declare Muslims etc. as Ca:fir then he shall also cease to
declare them as C:afir. Lahhoris meet this creteria of Mirza: Jhelumi: . So Mirza Jhelumi: is compelled not
to declare them as Ca:fir according to his own views in his own lecture.

5] Similarly Nus:airis are Mushric and the similar can be said for them and Mirza:’s defence for them.
