Several events had been held by CF at its different
centers in mid 2009. At the end of June, CF at FX
launched its Core Motion class featuring Master Trainer
Triesca Arisandy. Core Motion is a mix of basic dance moves and
muscle building for the upper body. This exercise will benefit those
who want to have a better posture and body shape, focusing on
the core muscles (stomach, back and hips).

In mid-June, a new version of Body Combat class was also launched

at CF La Piazza Kelapa Gading. The event, held at the Atrium La
Piazza, had attracted more than 100 members from
various centers and was conducted by trained instructors
such as Eva, Triesca, Lee, Nico, Ray, Didi and Isaac.

CF has also officiated a sponsorship program with Program


Atlet Andalan (PAL), a training program for selected
Indonesian athletes whose objective is to increase BODY COMBAT
the horizon and lifestyle of the athletes by improving
their potentials and skills in social relationships. All PAL
athletes are entitled to exercise at all CF centers in Indonesia
for a period of 1 (one) year while CF logo will be placed on the
athletes’ apparels.

Internationally, CF has recently opened its first center in Turkey
