Philippines, with office address at 10/F Tower B, Two E-Comm Center, Bayshore Avenue,
Mall Of Asia, Pasay City, represented herein by its President and Chief Operating Officer
MIGUEL ANGEL A. CAMAHORT and/or ENRIQUE V. REY, do hereby APPOINT JUAN B.
ARDALES, of legal age, Filipino, married with postal address at #21 Ranger St. Zone 4,
South Signal Village, Taguig City, as our true and legal representative to act for and in our
name and stead and to perform the following acts:

To transact, process in Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) in connection with

payment of Capital Gains Tax, Documentary Stamps Tax, and Certifi cation Fee
and other fees of the property sale containing a total area of FOURTEEN
THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED SIX (14,106) SQUARE METERS, more or less, located
at C5 Extension Road, Brgy. San Dionisio, Paranaque City, and covered by Transfer
Certificate of Title No. 010-2019001621 issued by the Registry of Deeds of
Parañaque City.

To secure Certifi cate Authorizing Registration (CAR) issued by BIR as necessary

documents for the Transfer of Ownership;

To receive and sign any documents pertaining thereto.

HEREBY GRANTING unto our representative full power and authority to execute and
perform every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and
about the premises as fully to all intents and purpose as we might or could lawfully do
if personally present and acting in person; and HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING
all that our said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do and cause to be done under and by
virtue of these presents.
