for Doors & Windows. Our price includes only the items shown in the table below based on the sizes from
site / drawing given to us. Please find the below table for detailed pricing.

Technical Specification:

 System : UPVC (Turkey)

 Finish : White color
 Glazing : With neoprene E.P.D.M rubber gasket
 Sealing : With wool pile weather brush.
 Fixing : With steel screws and rawl plug/anchor bolt
 Accessory : Roto / Wink Haus / Securty Look / GU or equivalent to suit with profile
 Silicon Sealant : Outside para meter at all frames up to 6mmx6mm with sealant/backup rods
 Profile : 7 cm hinge system, 6 cm hinge system ,10.5 cm sliding series
 Glass Type : 24mm double glazing comprising of 6mm reflective medium performance
. glass + 12 mm. airspace + 6mm clear glass.

Note :

 No Fire rated doors comes under our scope and alum. Doors quoted are not fire rated
 All Glass are not Fire rated
 All Stainless steel or mild steel work is excluded in this quotation.
 Push bar or push lock are excluded in this quotation.
 Door closers are not included for doors, if required OMR 25.000 will be extra (per unit)
 Third party test is not included in the offer.

Exclusion:

 Any type of Mechanical Louvers, Glass Louver, Aluminum Gratings, Architectural Grill,
Perforated Metal Panel, Acoustic Louver, Decorative Grills; Steel Railing, Steel Flat form,
Rolling Shutter; Fire Rated System; Fire Alarm System; Sub-Frame work; Kitchen Cabinet
Works; Wrought Iron Works; Cast Aluminum Works; Card Operating Systems; High Level
Windows Operating System; Glass Block Works; Welding Joints; Blind System; Any Type of
Marble work;
 Our Offer is based on supplying standard system compatible hardware. Any extra special
requirements such as panic devices, special closers, master key cylinder, stainless steel
hardware etc. are not included in our offer.

Regular Term & Conditions:

 Delivery: As per program schedule by the main contractor and site work progress.
 Warranty: All Profiles used in our windows and doors will carry warranty of ten years from the
. date of supply against performance
 If any workmanship defects, no warranties for fly-screen and roller shutters

 However, it is expressly understood that the warranty shall be rendered void in the event
the full payment for goods and services supplied is not paid to TAKADDUM; within the
agreed time period under the terms of sale. Validity This offer is valid for 30 days from
the day of this quotation.

Payment Terms & Conditions:

 50% advance (by current dated cheque or cash payment)

 50% before supplying the frame & glass (before fixing)

General Terms & Conditions:

 All products as per this quotation are the property of TAKADDUM; we reserve the
right to retain the moveable parts until we are paid for in full from the customer .

 Scope of works does not include related masonry, wooden sub frames, or cleaning
works of all window openings.
 Unless otherwise mentioned, the following items are not considered in the offer
(i.e.) Georgian bars, decorative handles, decorative panels, door stoppers,
architraves, fly-screen, door closures, stained glass etc
 Following items are the responsibilities of the client/contractor. (A) Storage area
for materials. (B) Supply and erection of scaffolding. (C) Supply of electric power.
 Should there be no power supply, then a generator shall be arranged by the
client/contractor

 Units fabricated as per approval, cannot be returned or exchanged and must be

paid for in full
 In the event of delay in site readiness beyond a maximum of two weeks from the
date of our notification for carrying out required installation, we reserve the right
to claim payment in full
 This quotation has been prepared based on the schedules and details mentioned
therein, as forwarded to us by you. Any variation in quantities or sizes will be
valued by us at same rate as that of the other articles in the quote and has to
be paid for in full as per our terms of payments mentioned above.
 Advance received is non-refundable in the event of cancellation of order.
 Upon completion of installation, as per the shop drawings, should shifting of unit’s
installation position be required, extra charges will be applicable.
 Upon completion of installation, in the event of damaged glazing by third party,
the same would be supplied, subject to availability and would be charged
accordingly.
 Although every effort is taken to ensure that the information in this offer is
correct, ALTAKADDUM; reserves the right to change the products and specifications
without notice to keep up with the new design and developments.
 We reserve the right to claim compensation against damages caused to the works
by other traders working on site from the contracting party.
 Any variations in features, B.O.Q, or dimensions more ± 10cm would require
separate pricing.
