NOTICE OF ASSIGNMENT OF SHARES IN AREX PROIZVODJNA ORODIJ,

NAPRAV IN STORITVE D.O.O. AND RE-FINANCING AGREEMENT DATED
24TH OF JUNE, 2014

Dear Sir,

You are hereby notified that we, Alpenbach Holding AG., Rosenweg 3, 6340 Baar,
Switzerland, have assigned and transferred all our Shares in AREX proizvodnja orodij, naprav
in storitve d.o.o Trubarjeva cesta 7, Šentjernej, Republika Slovenija (the “Company”) in the
nominal value of EUR 19’179.09 (nineteen thousand one hundred seventy nine 09/100
EURO) business share in the registered capital of EUR 39’141.-- of the Company owned by
us and to be registered in our name and representing 49 % of the total shares and votes in the
Company and our rights and claims against you resulting from the Re-financing Agreement
dated 24th of June, 2014 to Xerrex Industries AG, Gewerbestrasse 5, 6330 Cham, Switzerland

The reason for this assignment of the shares and the re-financing is the change of strategy in
our company. We trust that this will not cause any problems to you.

You are hereby noticed that, as of February 2, 2015 you are authorise to receive instruction
from owners or make payments for any interest or repayment of any loans exclusively to
Xerrex Industries AG, Gewerbestrasse 5, 6330 Cham, Switzerland. VP Bank, Vaduz,
Liechtenstein, Swift: VPBVLI2XXXX, IBAN LI5008805503965670002 You will be
contacted directly by Xerrex Industries AG for the further next steps in payments or owner
instructions.

Following instructions from and making payments to Xerrex Industries AG, Gewerbestrasse
5, 6330 Cham, Switzerland is considered fulfilling your obligations towards us.
