Primary responsibilities
1. Under direction, manage a range of specified projects and tasks assigned from the group’s business plan
and under the Graduate Program.
2. Drafting, preparing and/or proof reading documents such as briefing notes, memoranda, reports,
correspondence, guidelines, manuals, procedures and publications.
3. Liaising with staff and other internal and external stakeholders about a range of matters relating to the
organisation’s operations.
4. Interpreting, applying and advising in relation to the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988
and the Work Health and Safety Act 2011.
5. Collating, researching, analysing, auditing and reporting on qualitative and quantitative information.
6. Copying, collating and distributing documents.
7. Processing mail, filing correspondence and maintaining records.
8. Providing secretarial support to internal/external committees.
9. Representing at seminars, workshops, networks and other external forums with credibility and
professionalism.
10. Actively participate in all elements of the Graduate Program and additional corporate learning and
development activities

Eligibility and specific conditions of employment


1. Australian citizenship
2. Character clearance (police records check)
3. Health assessment
4. Twelve months probationary period
5. Completion of an undergraduate degree with a credit average or higher from an Australian university or
equivalent between December 2016 and December 2019.

against each criterion should be no longer than 250 words. Please address each selection criterion and
provide evidence of your suitability with examples from your roles or experience that demonstrate how you

1. How can your study and overall undergraduate qualification and experience contribute to Comcare’s
business, goals and objectives?
2. Describe a time when you were faced with a task or problem.

4. Describe a time when you challenged yourself and had to move outside your
comfort zone to achieve an outcome.
